At Miral's Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
- Perfumes and fragrances that have been opened
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@mirasshop.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@miralsshop.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
